CME Group Tour Championship at Tiburon Golf Club

The 2019 LPGA Tour season finishes with the CME Group Tour Championship, which tees off November 21 - 24 at the Tiburon Golf Club at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort in Naples, Florida.

This CME Group Tour Championship is the ninth CME Group Tour Championship. It is also the season-finale event on the women's U.S. based LPGA Tour calendar.

Last season, Lexi Thompson dominated the event, which was played at Tiburon Golf Club’s Gold Course in Naples, Florida. She shot a final-round 70 to finish at 18-under 270 where she picked up her first victory of the season and marked the end of 2018’s season-long "Race to the CME Globe".

However, begin this season players have been accumulating points at each official LPGA Tour event leading up to tomorrow’s CME Group Tour Championship at Tiburon Golf Club. And the top 60 points earners and ties will battle it with the entire field. All for the $5 million purse with a $1.5 million top prize, the largest in the history of women’s golf.

Lexi Thompson 2018 Highlights Round 4 - CME Group Tour Championship

Thompson shot a final-round 70 to finish at 18-under 270 and win the LPGA's season-ending CME Group Tour Championship by four strokes over Nelly Korda. This was the sixth consecutive year that Thompson has won at least once, extending the longest such active streak on the LPGA Tour.
