While, on Tuesday Van Rooyen promised to bring his A-game, just a few days after securing his maiden title.
Paired with the 29-year-old on the first tee booked for 1:40 pm, is the 2016 Masters winner Danny Willett and reigning Made in Denmark and Aberdeen Standard Investments Scottish Open champion Bernd Wiesberger.
However, at 1:50 pm Brandon Stone tees off alongside American Kurt Kitayama and Australia’s Scott Hend.
