As the city of Chicago once again play host to the 2019 BMW Championship which teed off Thursday at the storied Medinah Country Club, for the second leg of the FedExCup playoffs. Justin Thomas had no idea where he was headed. All that mattered to him at the time was making the perfect start. And flawless it was. So, by the end of yesterday, he shared the course record at the top with a -7 under par finish.
The field started with 70 players, but only the top 30 in the FedExCup standings will advance to the TOUR Championship at the historic East Lake Golf Club for the final of the treasured FedExCup prize worth $9,250,000.
