Leopard Creek CC

With State-of-the-art architectural and landscaping techniques, South African golfer and golf course engineer Gary Player designed Leopard Creek Country Club in June 1996 and Phil Jacobs modernized the design in the year 2000. Leopard Creek was founded by billionaire Johann Rupert.

Leopard Creek Country Club is South Africa's number 1 ranked golf club. It has a course rating of 74. Leopard Creek CC is situated in Malelane at the southern edge of the Kruger National Park in the heart of Mpumalanga, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.

The golf course at Leopard Creek Country Club flows in sync with the Crocodile River. It is a perfect demonstration of the South African dream with magical parklands layout roving through scrublands and grasslands with plentiful sightings of the big-five and a glimpse of a leopard for the fortunate few.

The Leopard Creek CC is 72 pars stretched over 6631 metres on Kikuyu fairways, creeping bent-grass greens and Bermuda grass tees. Leopard Creek Country Club is a private golf club and play is reserved for members and their guests or strictly by invitation during weekdays only. Weekends and public holidays are for members only.

Leopard Creek CC was the host venue for the 2007 Dunhill Championship. And the 2012 Nelson Mandela Championship.
